Bedrooms betters than I ever stayed in other parts of Asia Staff very friendly and accommodating New Health Spa located near panoramic swimming pool Pool bar open with great music every night wifi was reliable and business center had printer and scanner for my business needs.

Nice stay
Our family enjoyed our stay. Clean and beautiful room with a nice view of the pool. The nice staff service was also a plus. Great stay all in all. Would love to go back and stay a little longer. If you want to have fun this is recommended for they have late bar services.

Good location and relaxing stay
It looks good in the pictures so we tried to check out this place with my family. Checking in was fast and smooth. Our room which is Deluxe Twin, is very spacious, clean and the beds are good for two with lots of pillows. Bathroom is big and neat. They gave us bottled water as much as you want upon request. I love the breakfast buffet although the bread section has only few selections. The restaurant is also a bar during late hours which is also nice. Food and bar price are somehow reasonable. Staffs are helpful but sometimes you have to get their attention to get things done. There’s a gym at the rooftop which is very nice and has a good set of machines. The pool is quite small but it has a nice view of the freeport. We did not enjoyed that much because it’s raining during our whole stay. The hotel is just near to Royal Dutyfree and some other bars and restaurant which is a very big plus to those who were looking for some action.

Highly recommended hotel in Subic
Just read thru some reviews just now and I can say that the negative comments of other guests were really taken into consideration because they have really improved/fix them. I chose this hotel because of the amentities like pool, billiards, darts and restaurant. I super love this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. We got the deluxe twin with the beach view. We were also here last April same year. My husband had a biking event. The staff of hotel and restaurant were also very friendly. Mabilis sila mag respond sa requests namin. Late check out is allowed as long as wala kasunod na guests. The food in the restaurant is good also esp breakfast buffet. We forgot to try their buffet merienda tho. Highly recommended hotel in subic. Thanks to the staff of the hotel and gastro pub restaurant. by the way, there’s another restaurant in the hotel parang Chinese ata but we were not able to try them kasi we are satisfied na with gastro pub.

Five star for a four star hotel!
The word “best” promptly fit this hotel. From the quality of room maintenace upto housekeeping and concierge services. Excellent variety of breakfast selection. Ameneties are complete with swimming pool and gym. Distancing not strictly practiced but probably bec of alert level. Lots of foreigners during our stay. The hotel was fully booked this holyweek. Five star for a four star hotel.

Best Western Plus Hotel Subic is the best hotel to stay in after a long exhuasting travel.
I am very satisfied with the room and their service. I like the balcony also I like the sunlight coming from my room in the morning, the room is well-arranged and everything I need is available inside.

Go-To Place for a Business Stay in Subic
My go-to place for business in Subic. Best hotel breakfast buffet in Subic. Great sunset view from the roof deck. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Accessible to good restaurants and other facilities, particularly the Royal Duty Free (my favorite stop in SBFZ, they have chocolate bars not available anywhere else). BWH, please continue what you do because it’s one of the things Subic thrives on.

Stayed here for five nights. Excellent service, very friendly staff. Hotel Restaurant was great. You can’t beat the location, walking distance to almost every thing. Rooms were very comfortable with great AC and TV. Will stay here again!

from the time I checked in until check out, service by all personnel were excellent. guards and staff at the front gate are cheerful. Very courteous especially during rainy days and always assisted us in getting in and out of the parking lot.;

This is my go to hotel when I visit Subic, not just because I am a BWP member. This is one of the more modern hotels in the Freeport Zone. The staff is always really friendly and helpful. They are pricier than other hotels near them but I think the quality of the hotel,, amenities, and staff make up that price difference. Will be returning there soon.

Super hotel
The location of the hotel is not so good as for example Vista Marina but the quality of the hotel is so much better. It is the first time we stay over here and after a bad start we are happy now. The management solved our problem with the first room directly after we arrived after midnight. They even apologized the next morning for their mistake earlier. Very pleasant stay so far and for sure we will come back next year!
