FORTUNE TEA HOUSE
At Fortune Tea House, we offer authentic Chinese cuisine, blending the best of Cantonese and Filipino flavors to satisfy your cravings. Whether you’re dining in or on the go, we ensure a satisfying experience every time. With quick, affordable meals and a comfortable atmosphere, we are the perfect place for everything from casual family meals to gatherings with friends.
Fortune Tea House, originally known as Fortune “Fook Yuen” Tea House, was founded in 2000 with the aim of delivering exceptional Chinese dining to both locals and expatriates in Pampanga. With the support of Angeles Fortune Hong Kong Seafood Restaurant, we introduced the authentic flavors of Hong Kong to the community.
In 2006, owner Peter Cheng and his team focused on delivering high-quality food and service, fueling the growth of Fortune Tea House. What began as a small 12-seat establishment at Savers Mall expanded into a 100-seat venue at SM Clark, accommodating a growing demand for our dishes.
On September 13, 2016, we opened our Vista Mall branch, reaching more customers and solidifying our place in the local dining scene with Hong Kong-inspired cuisine.
Our mission is to be the most recognized and preferred casual dining Chinese restaurant in Pampanga and key cities across Central and Northern Luzon. We aspire to be your go-to destination for fresh dim sum and authentic Chinese dishes that bring people together. Whether you’re enjoying a meal with family or friends, we strive to make every visit a perfect experience.
We provide fast and reliable food delivery, ensuring fresh meals reach your doorstep with ease.

Food Quality has improved dramatically
I rated this restaurant in 2015, and didn’t have a lot good to say. I was convinced to try it again in July 2019, and I am glad I did. The food was excellent — nothing like my original review. We had multiple dishes as well as a few appetizers, and they were all fantastic. Now the service … well, it was only slightly better. But they still do NOT check on their diners. From 2015: “And keeping with most Asian restaurant traditions, servers do NOT return to the table after the food is served to check on accuracy, quality, etc. The only way you will get a server is to hail one.” Based on this experience, I will go back and soon.

Great tasting food and fairly priced!
Authentic chinese food in the heart of the Philippines. The squid dish reminded me fondly of my favorite Asian restaurant in New York. I recommend the Pork Ribs and try most the dishes with the yummy chilli sauce with garlic, quite similar to the one they have if you have ever had the Chilli Pan Mee in Kuala Lumpur.

Great place to eat Chinese food
This is probably the only place around town to eat Chinese food. They do decent food with many choices from a full meal to small lunch food. Staff are ready to serve and the food comes in good time

Bit pricey but really good food though.
I like their sea foods. Especially the lobster, ooohhh, just delicious. The ambiance is very nice too. The restaurant is spacious and the staff are neat, clean and attentive. There is free wi-fi. Most of the food that I have tried here are nice. But my most favorite is the lobster. The lobster was amazing, they cooked it two ways. Both awesome.
