A PLACE TO WORK & RELAX
This is my 4th time to stay at BW Clark. They are very consistent and continuously thriving to achieve the best service they can offer to their client. Employees are very accommodating. Food and beverages are superb from Cafe Sebaatian, Legend, Cactus Jack and Namari. Location is really accessible. The cleanliness and smell — you deserve the best rating. Thank you and more power!

New, Modern and Secured!
The hotel is new and modern, with impressive technology that reminds me of the kind you’d find in Korea. From the secure elevator system to the overall design, everything feels sleek and up-to-date. The food offered a good variety and was quite delicious. It was also very reasonably priced considering the range of options available — there were main courses, fresh fruits, cereals, fish dishes, and more. I dined in at the restaurant, and the place was clean, well-maintained, and appropriately spacious — just right for a comfortable meal. There’s complimentary breakfast included, and for those who can’t dine in, the staff is very accommodating. When my companion wasn’t able to eat at the restaurant, the staff kindly allowed us to take the breakfast to-go. That thoughtful gesture really stood out and made a great impression. The hotel also features a pool, adding even more value to the stay. It is conveniently located in Balibago — very accessible to restaurants, shops, and various places around the city. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.

Talk about punching above its weight class! Let’s start with the rooms – they’re not just comfortable, they’re downright very classy. For a three-star hotel, the quality of furnishings and attention to detail rivals what you’d find in establishments with far more prestigious ratings. The dining experience at the Japanese restaurant is equally impressive. The restaurant serve up fare that would make a five-star chef’s toque spin. Who knew a three-star property could plate dishes worthy of a Michelin-star candidate? The culinary team here clearly didn’t get the memo about playing it safe. Service? Impeccable. The staff anticipates your needs so well, you might suspect they’re secretly mind readers masquerading as hotel employees. Their attentiveness makes you feel like royalty, minus the crown and ceremonial duties. Now, about that check-in process – it’s the hotel’s Achilles’ heel, albeit a minor one. While the staff is friendly, the process moves at a pace that might make a snail feel impatient. A bit of streamlining here would elevate an already excellent experience to near perfection. Front desk officer James however is very professional, friendly, apologetic for the delay and very accommodating with requests. Value for money? It’s like finding a designer outfit at thrift store prices. You get five-star luxury at three-star rates, making this property not just a hotel but a steal. The Best Western Plus Metro Clark proves that stars in a hotel rating are sometimes just celestial suggestions. This place delivers a five-star experience while wearing a three-star badge – talk about an overachiever!

Everyone is approachable and kind but joean the housekeeper is so kind he help my son to enter our room kasi nasa restaurant kami and naiwan yung youngest child ko and his brother sa room then yung youngest child ko pumunta sa other room and when he got back to our room its already lock and his brother is still sleeping and joean help him to enter our room.

Great hotel and friendly staff! There were several amenities within the area too, from a driving range, pickleball stadium, and game room activities. Our family enjoyed the variety of cuisines available from Chinese, American, and Japanese.

One of the best hotel in Angeles, Pampanga
I love the place! This is one of the best hotel that I stayed in. There are so many sports amenities near the area, and including different restaurants. Food also is delicious. Service is excellent. They were able to respond to our requests immediately. There is also a parking space with rooftop.

I was very impressed by the personal care I received. They cater my needs, especially the breakfast at Spencer. The chef prepared halal friendly breakfast for me and all the staffs were very attentive and friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
