On January 27, 2025, Savers Industrial and Building Solutions (SIBS) and New City Lumber & Hardware signed a franchise partnership agreement to expand servicing in the provinces of Nueva Ecija and Aurora.
The franchise partnership agreement was signed on behalf of SIBS by Chairman and CEO Jaime Jack Uy, President and COO Jansen Ivan Uy, and Senior Vice President for Legal Affairs Atty. Eric Mendoza, and on behalf of New City Lumber and Hardware by Chairperson & CEO Atty. Danil Yang, Ms. Geraldine Yang and Corporate Secretary Atty. Dan Patrick Yang. The signing was witnessed by SIBS General manager Engr. Noel Alegre and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Raffy Cordero.
