Job Summary
We are seeking organized and detail-oriented Admin Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily administrative operations, assisting with office tasks, and ensuring smooth and efficient office functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is organized and well-stocked
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
- Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining records in an organized system
- Support other administrative functions as required by the management team
- Provide general office assistance to staff and guests
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- College degree in business administration or related course.
- Prior administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
