Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our construction and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will manage office tasks, coordinate meetings, and handle documentation related to construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage project documentation and contracts
- Schedule meetings and maintain team calendars
- Handle communication between project teams, suppliers, and clients
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
