Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our construction and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will manage office tasks, coordinate meetings, and handle documentation related to construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage project documentation and contracts
  • Schedule meetings and maintain team calendars
  • Handle communication between project teams, suppliers, and clients
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations

Requirements:
