Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and reliable Air Conditioning Technician Helpers to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist skilled technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, ensuring efficient and high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist air conditioning technicians with the installation and repair of HVAC systems
• Help with cleaning and maintaining air conditioning units and components
• Transport and handle tools, equipment, and materials needed for repairs
• Assist with diagnosing issues and performing basic troubleshooting tasks
• Support in the removal and replacement of parts like filters, coils, and fans
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure a safe work environment
• Provide assistance in responding to emergency repair calls when needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a hands-on role, ideally in the HVAC industry, is a plus
• Willingness to learn and assist with technical tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions
• Comfortable working under the guidance of senior technicians
• Physical fitness and good manual dexterity
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
