Job Description

The Electrician executes the layout, wiring, installation, and repair of electrical power
systems supporting HVAC and general ventilation units. This position ensures that all
electrical connections, panel boards, and control wiring meet safety protocols and local
electrical codes to deliver reliable, efficient building solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Install electrical wiring, circuit breakers, control panels, conduits, and power points
dedicated to air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
• Troubleshoot power supply issues, voltage drops, control circuit faults, and
component failures in HVAC systems.
• Inspect existing building electrical infrastructure to ensure it can safely support new
air conditioning loads.
• Conduct electrical testing (continuity, grounding, voltage, and current draw) using
standard testing tools.
• Strictly adhere to local electrical codes, workplace safety procedures, and national
safety laws.

Job Specification
• Education/Certification: Registered Master Electrician (RME), TESDA NC II in
Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM), or equivalent electrical diploma..
• Experience: 2+ years of industrial or commercial electrical installation experience,
preferably supporting HVAC and building equipment.
• Skills: Mastery in electrical blueprint reading, conduit bending, power load
calculations, control wiring, and standard electrical testing tools.
• Key Traits: Strict adherence to safety protocols, detail-driven, adaptable, and
methodical in technical troubleshooting.
