Job Description
The Marketing Staff member is responsible for promoting Tandem & Steffen’s interior fit-out,
modular cabinet, and signage solutions across digital and traditional channels. This role
focuses on driving brand visibility, showcasing completed portfolio projects, generating
business-to-business (B2B) leads, and reinforcing the company’s commitment to lifestyle,
innovation, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and manage digital content (photos, videos, project showcases) across
social media, website, and digital channels.
• Develop marketing collaterals, product catalogs, company profiles, and promotional
materials for prospective corporate clients.
• Coordinate lead generation campaigns, track incoming client inquiries, and support
the sales team with presentation decks.
• Organize corporate events, trade show participation, and industry expos to boost
brand awareness.
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to propose
fresh marketing initiatives.
Job Specification

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business
Administration, or Graphic Design.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing, graphic design, or content
creation, preferably within construction, furniture, or design industries. Fresh
graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.
• Skills: Proficiency with graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator,
Canva), social media management tools, basic photography/videography, and
content writing.
• Key Traits: Creative mindset, strong visual sense, proactively collaborative, and goal
oriented.
