Job Description
The Project Coordinator acts as the central link between client requirements, design teams,
and workshop production for modular display cabinets, interior fit-outs, and signage
projects. This role oversees project timelines, resource allocation, and material tracking to
guarantee that custom fabrication and installation meet strict quality standards and delivery
deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
• Organize and track project schedules from client sign-off through manufacturing and
site installation.
• Liaise with clients, architects, project managers, and shop-floor supervisors to relay
project specs and revisions.
• Monitor project budgets, procurement schedules, and inventory usage for modular
display and fit-out materials.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate installation progress, ensure quality control,
and resolve on-site bottlenecks.
• Prepare progress reports, project documentation, change orders, and handover
completion certificates.

Job Specification
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial
Technology, or Project Management.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination within interior fit-out
construction, cabinetry fabrication, or custom signage manufacturing.
• Skills: Proficiency in reading architectural blueprints/CAD shop drawings, MS
Office/MS Project, and project tracking tools; strong negotiation and communication
skills.
• Key Traits: High attention to detail, exceptional time management, and the ability to
thrive under tight production deadlines.
