Job Description

The Project Sales Representative is responsible for securing target revenue through client
acquisition, contract negotiations, and long-term account management for modular display
cabinets, interior fit-outs, and signage projects. This role involves actively engaging
corporate clients, commercial developers, retailers, and architects to deliver custom
fabricated business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial clients, retail chains, and
commercial contractors requiring fit-outs and signage.
• Conduct client discovery meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand
project scope and space requirements.
• Work closely with estimation and engineering teams to prepare and present accurate
project proposals, quotations, and bids.
• Manage client negotiations, close sales contracts, and maintain client relationships
throughout project execution.
• Meet and exceed set quarterly and annual sales targets while gathering market
intelligence on industry demands.

Job Specification
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering,
or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of proven track record in project-based B2B sales, commercial
fit-outs, modular furniture, or building materials sales.
• Skills: Strong consultative sales techniques, client negotiation, contract closing,
cost-estimation fundamentals, and pitch presentations.
• Key Traits: Goal-driven, persistent, confident communicator with a established
network in retail and commercial real estate.
