Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory control
- Ensure high-quality customer service and handle guest concerns
- Monitor financial performance, including sales and cost control
- Implement health and safety standards in line with local regulations
- Train and mentor staff to maintain service excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
