Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory control
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and handle guest concerns
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales and cost control
  • Implement health and safety standards in line with local regulations
  • Train and mentor staff to maintain service excellence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
