Job Description

The Technician Helper provides manual and operational support to lead Aircon Technicians
and Electricians during field service calls, installations, and repairs. This entry-level role is
essential for maintaining site preparation, managing tools and materials, ensuring safety,
and assisting with basic technical tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist technicians with staging materials, unloading equipment, carrying tools, and
setting up ladders or scaffolding.
• Perform basic support duties such as pipe cutting, insulation wrapping, mounting
bracket assembly, and cable pulling under direct supervision.
• Prepare job sites by protecting surrounding areas and ensure the workspace is
thoroughly cleaned after service completion.
• Manage, maintain, and account for workshop equipment, toolkits, and consumables
assigned to the service vehicle.
• Observe and apply company safety standards, wearing full Personal Protective
Equipment (PPE) on all jobs.

Job Specification
• Education: High school graduate or vocational course graduate (TESDA basic
electrical/RAC units are preferred).
• Experience: Entry-level position; prior experience as a helper or handyman in
construction or HVAC is a strong advantage.
• Skills: Ability to handle hand tools (drills, wrenches, pliers), follow verbal instructions
quickly, and perform physical labor safely.
• Key Traits: Strong work ethic, eager to learn HVAC/electrical trades, physically fit, and
a dependable team player.
